Welcome to the dTelecom Points Program!

By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This program is designed to reward early and active users who support dTelecom’s mission to build a decentralized communication infrastructure.

To participate in the dTelecom Points Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction);
• Have an active dTelecom account;
• Comply with applicable laws in your region;
• Not be a resident or citizen of jurisdictions where participation is restricted (e.g., U.S., North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan).

We reserve the right to exclude users who attempt to manipulate the program, including point farming, fraudulent referrals, or fake accounts.

You can earn Points by engaging with dTelecom’s products and ecosystem. Examples include:

Hosts will only receive points if at least one authenticated participant/viewer is actively present during the session.

We reserve the right to modify the way points are earned at any time.

The Program is divided into 4 stages:

At TGE (Token Generation Event), participants can choose:

• Convert 100% of points immediately and forfeit 50%;
• Convert 25% immediately, with the rest unlocking evenly over 24 months.

Points will be convertible into $DTEL tokens. Conversion is subject to eligibility and may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.

• Total Token Supply: 1 Billion $DTEL tokens
• Community Allocation: 50% (5% at TGE, 0.75% monthly post-TGE over ~5 years)
• 1 point = X future token (to be announced)

The following actions may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Points:

• Fake or inactive referrals
• Automated tools or bots to farm Points
• Breach of platform rules or abuse of program mechanics

We reserve the right to delete Points and suspend or terminate accounts involved in manipulative behavior.

dTelecom reserves the right to:

• Modify the program structure, rewards, or rules at any time
• End the program when Points are exhausted or reallocate unclaimed Points
• Adjust token allocation and unlock schedules based on market and product dynamics

The Points Program is promotional in nature. Points do not represent a claim on any financial return or equity and may not have monetary value prior to TGE. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. We make no guarantees regarding token listing timelines or token value.
